Surplus Inventory of Chemicals Service

We place surplus packaged chemicals—typically unopened drums, totes, and supersacks—with compliant buyers. You provide SDS/COA and packaging details; we propose resale or recovery channels, coordinate appropriate carriers, and provide documentation. We focus on non-hazardous and properly documented materials; certain hazardous classes are considered when routing through licensed buyers.

What We Accept

  • Package types: sealed/unopened 55-gal drums, 275/330-gal IBC totes, supersacks, sealed bags/cases

  • Documentation: SDS, COA/lot if available, UN/DOT info if applicable

  • Categories: commodity process chemicals, additives, pH adjusters, salts/minerals, food/tech-grade where allowed

  • Volumes: pallet to FTL; multi-load programs possible

  • Leaking/damaged containers or mixed/unknown contents

  • Controlled substances, prescription/regulated pharma actives

  • Highly reactive or prohibited haz classes without licensed routing

  • Waste chemicals requiring disposal under your EPA ID

How It Works

  1. Specs & photos: product name, concentration/grade, SDS, COA/lot, packaging/age, quantities, restrictions.

  2. Channel & pricing: direct resale to compliant buyers; recovery/reclamation where viable.

  3. Logistics: hazmat carriers when required; placarding and BOLs per DOT; appointments.

  4. Reporting: sale confirmations and chain-of-custody documentation.

Logistics & Coverage

Nationwide pickups • Dry van standard; hazmat carriers as needed • 5–10 business-day lead time from approved lot • Pallets labeled with product, batch, and count

Industries We Serve

Chemical manufacturers & blenders • Co-packers • Industrial distributors • Food/tech-grade distributors • Terminals

Documentation & Compliance

  • SDS required; COA/lot preferred

  • DOT/UN info for hazmat where applicable

  • W-9/COI/NDA available

Case Example

A terminal was stuck with 100 drums and totes after the original buyer canceled the order. We placed totes with a regional buyer and drums through a licensed distributor network, clearing the lot with compliant carriers in 10 days - saving the terminal from expensive hazardous waste disposal costs.
