Private Alcohol Liquidation Network

Distributor Closeouts. Vintage Rollovers. Brand Exits.

The alcohol industry is built on image, which means "dead stock" is a liability for major brands. Waste Optima operates the quiet liquidation channel for the industry's excess inventory.

We connect Licensed Distributors, Importers, and Retailers with pallets of finished goods—Spirits, Wine, and Beer—that need to move immediately. Secure high-margin inventory without disrupting the primary market.

High-Margin Inventory for Licensed Buyers

Why does perfectly good alcohol end up in liquidation? It usually has nothing to do with the liquid inside the bottle.

  • Packaging Updates: A Bourbon brand changes its label. The "old" label inventory is pulled from distribution, even though the whiskey is pristine.

  • Vintage Rollovers: A winery needs to clear 2019 cases to make warehouse room for the 2021 bottling.

  • Distributor Consolidation: Mergers often result in "orphan brands" that need to be liquidated to clear the books.

The Result: You access recognized brands and high-quality "juice" at 40-70% below standard wholesale pricing.

What We Liquidate

Our inventory is finished, cased goods on pallets. We adhere to strict compliance and sale-territory restrictions.

  • Inventory: Aged Whiskey/Bourbon, Vodka, Tequila, Gin, and RTDs.
  • Sources: Packaging changes, discontinued SKUs, and export cancellations.

Fine Wine & Bulk

  • Inventory: Case goods (Red/White/Sparkling) and "Shiners" (unlabeled).
  • Sources: Vintage rollovers and winery library releases.

Beer & Malt Beverages

  • Inventory: Craft Beer, Seltzers, and Malt imports.
  • Opportunity: "Short-Dated" opportunities for high-volume retailers.

Strict Adherence to the Three-Tier System

We are supply chain optimization specialists. Waste Optima operates strictly within state and federal regulations.

Our Guarantee to the Network:

  • Licensed Buyers Only: We verify Federal Basic Permits and State Liquor Licenses before sharing sensitive inventory lists.

  • Brand Protection: Many of our suppliers require "Export Only" or restricted territory sales to protect their primary markets. We strictly enforce these boundaries.

  • Paperwork Ready: All lots come with necessary chain-of-custody documentation.

Stock Your Shelves for Less

Common Questions About Buying Surplus Alcohol

Q: Do I need a liquor license to buy from Waste Optima? A: Yes. We sell exclusively to businesses holding valid Federal and State licenses (Distributors, Wholesalers, and Retailers where direct shipment is legal). We do not sell to the general public.

Q: Can I buy "Shiners" (Unlabeled Wine)? A: Yes. We frequently encounter "shiners"—bottled wine without labels—from major wineries. This is an excellent opportunity for Private Label brands or retailers looking for a house wine program.

Q: Is "closeout" alcohol expired? A: For Spirits and Wine, almost never. These products are shelf-stable for years. For Beer and Cream Liqueurs, we may offer "short-dated" stock. We always clearly disclose "Best By" dates on any time-sensitive inventory.
