Surplus Protein Ingredients Liquidation & Resale

We move surplus and off-spec protein ingredients — whey concentrates and isolates, soy protein, pea protein, plant-based blends, and casein — by matching documented lots to qualified ingredient buyers and compliant secondary channels. Send us product specs, dates, packaging, and photos; we assess channel fit, price options, and coordinate food-grade logistics nationwide.

How We Handle Surplus Protein Ingredients

Manufacturers, co-packers, and ingredient distributors generate excess proteins through reformulations, overproduction, contract cancellations, and spec deviations. We evaluate lot documentation, dates, and packaging condition, then route to the highest-value compliant channel: ingredient reuse first, secondary food or nutritional applications next, and industrial or feed recovery as a last resort.

What We Accept

Material types: Whey protein concentrate (WPC), whey protein isolate (WPI), whey protein hydrolysate, soy protein concentrate and isolate, pea protein, rice protein, plant-based protein blends, casein and caseinate, collagen peptides, egg white protein, hemp protein

Forms: Sealed supersacks, fiber drums with lid intact, sealed bags on pallets, totes (sealed)

Condition: On-spec or off-spec with COA; short-dated; overproduction lots; label-change or reformulation excess; contract cancellations

Volumes: Multi-pallet LTL through full truckload (FTL); rail-adjacent where feasible

Documentation: Best-by / expiration date, lot number, COA or spec sheet where available, allergen declaration, any channel or geography restrictions

How It Works

  1. Submit specs — Product name, CAS or INCI if applicable, lot/COA, dates, packaging type, quantity by pallet, photos, pickup ZIP, any restrictions

  2. Channel & pricing — We assess ingredient reuse first, secondary nutritional or food applications next, feed/industrial as last resort; buy-out or brokerage pricing quoted

  3. Logistics — Dry van standard; food-grade carriers available on request; clean, labeled pallets preferred

  4. Reporting — Diversion confirmation, buyer disclosure where required, chain-of-custody documentation available

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1. What protein types do you handle most frequently? A. Whey concentrates and isolates, soy protein, and pea protein move most readily. Plant-based blends and collagen peptides are active categories as well. Egg white and rice protein are handled case-by-case depending on volume and lot condition.

Q2. Do you accept short-dated protein inventory? A. Yes. Short-dated with a valid COA and intact packaging is our most common intake scenario. Fully expired is evaluated individually and may route to feed or industrial recovery if it meets those channel requirements.

Q3. Does the lot need a COA? A. A COA significantly expands buyer options and speeds placement. We can work without one in some cases, but expect a narrower buyer pool and longer timelines.

Q4. Can you handle off-spec or failed QC lots? A. Yes, with disclosure. Off-spec lots with documented deviation often find buyers in secondary nutritional or industrial applications. We're transparent with buyers about condition.

Q5. Can we restrict resale to certain channels or geographies? A. Yes. Brand protection, export restrictions, and channel exclusions are honored — we screen buyers accordingly before disclosure.

Q6. What's the minimum volume you'll review? A. A few pallets can be reviewed, but truckload volumes generate the strongest buyer interest and best economics.
