Corrugated Plastic Recycling Service
Corrugated plastic (PP/Coroplast) recycling for manufacturers, printers, and DCs. We place sheets, offcuts, die-cut skeletons, totes/boxes and printed signs with vetted buyers or reprocessors and coordinate nationwide pickups. Share sizes, weight, packing, and photos—we’ll confirm outlet options, pricing, and a pickup window (B2B only).
Solutions for Corrugated Plastic
If your plant produces corrugated PP scraps—stacks of sheets, trim, retired signs, or totes/boxes—we design a simple, freight-efficient program to keep it out of landfill. We route by form/color/print to the right reprocessor, coordinate LTL/FTL pickups, and document downstream handling with “where it went” confirmations. Household drop-offs aren’t accepted.
What We Accept
Forms: full/partial sheets, offcuts/trim, die-cut skeletons, printed/plain signs, corrugated-plastic boxes/totes, pallet layers
Material: corrugated polypropylene (PP); mixed colors/light printing OK
Condition: clean & dry; small amounts of tape/labels OK
Packing: stacked sheets on pallets, banded bundles, or boxed/gaylorded pieces
Volumes: pilots from a few pallets; best economics at full truckload (20,000 lb+)
What We Don’t Accept
Post-consumer drop-offs or household plastics
Material soaked with food, oil, or heavy dirt
Mixed loads that aren’t kept separate from other plastics (e.g., PVC, PET)

Corrugate Plastic FAQs
Can you take printed signs with metal grommets or light adhesive?
Yes. Light hardware/labels are acceptable; heavy laminates or rigid fasteners may route to a different buyer. Photos help us determine the best outlet.
How do I confirm the plastic is corrugated PP and not PVC?
Most corrugated signage and totes are PP (look for “PP” or recycle code #5). If unsure, share a close-up photo and any supplier spec—we’ll verify before routing.
What volume qualifies for paid pickup vs. haul-away?
Pricing depends on cleanliness, print/laminate, color mix, and freight. Full truckloads of clean, uniform material usually qualify for value; smaller or mixed loads may be best as haul-away.
How should we stage sheets for fastest pickup?
Keep stacks even and dry, band or wrap, label pallets by material/form, and photograph before scheduling. Uniform pallets reduce handling time and freight cost.
Can you place mixed colors and mixed sizes together?
Yes—keep corrugated PP separate from other plastics (e.g., PVC, PET). Mixed colors/sizes are fine; uniform stacks still help downstream processing.
Will you provide diversion reporting for ESG/Scope 3?
Yes. We can provide monthly summaries with tonnage, outlet type, and confirmation of where material was placed.
